Description	NEW CONTRACTS AWARDED
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“the Company”), we are pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded the following contracts on 18 March 2013: 1)  Contracts valued equivalent to about RM8,570,000 for the Supply & Installation of Lift Surveillance System (LSS) to 1,148 Numbers of Existing Lifts. The commencement date of the contracts is on 1 April 2013 and will be completed by 30 November 2013.  The contracts are expected to contribute to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2013. 2)  A contract valued equivalent to about RM6,720,000 for the Replacement of Remote Terminal Units (RTU) at 6.6KV Substations. The commencement date of the contract is on 1 April 2013 and will be completed by 31 March 2017.  The contract is expected to contribute to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2013 to 2016. The contracts are not renewable and the risks in respect of the contracts are the normal business risks. None of the directors and / or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to the said directors and / or major shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the new contracts awarded. This announcement is dated 20 March 2013.

There are some reasons behind for a stock to achieve its stock price at high side. As usual, majority of the investors are afraid of buy at high price. The main reason is due to investor rarely think about value of the stock, but purely look on the share price.

The risk can be controlled even you buy the share at high price. First, the protection from the stock's value. 2nd, with strategy to buy in by batches. 3rd, always invest with holding power. Additionally, dividend and cheap price are the good supporting effect.

Technical investor (or trader) will rush in once broke stock's resistant with volume. But the main reason for a stock price to be sky rocket is push by the "big shark". They depend on the stock's valuation to continue buy as long as it is still valuable. Should we call them as "big shark" or smart investors? Basically, they come with big capital and smart enough to buy stock at good price.

For those who buy WILLOW at 35sen previously, you have proven yourself as an investor who did investment based on stock's valuation. WILLOW closed at 42sen today. Total gross profit is 20%. 股票 vs 政府基金
给予不懂或怕股票投资的人，一个能给6-8%回酬的政府基金是挺吸引人的选择。主要原因是低风险和属于高性“保证”回酬的投资。为何政府基金能够给如此“高”的回酬呢？答案是，基金经理利用投资者累积起来的钱，再用来操作他们的一套投资。其中一部分钱肯定会流入股市。
是时候问一个简单的问答题：如果基金能够用投资者的钱流入股市来赚钱，为何不懂得投资的人会觉得股市是一个高风险的投资呢？你自己不喜欢股票投资，但是你却给钱其他人帮你投资在股票里。是不是很矛盾？到底股票投资是不是真的是高风险的投资呢？留给大家思考了！

自己最近的故事

在2013年的一月尾，我决定把放在ASW2020十多年里的小钱套光光！其实想做了很久，就是一直懒惰去进行。套现后，当然把那笔钱拿去股市用掉 咯！买了自己长期看好成功食品(5196)。我买的是儿子(涡轮)，也常常被一批投资者称它为烧鸡仔。哈哈！买价53sen。今天的收市价是65sen。 不到两个月就赚了22.6%！肯定比ASW2020好很多！这笔钱会继续收着。到适当的时候才把烧鸡仔卖掉。这个回酬是能维持还是暂时性呢？未来再来比一比！
注意: 投资涡轮是有方式去决定的。不是每个都可以投资！切忌！

Stock vs Government Fund
6-8% yearly dividend would be an attractive figure for people who lack of investment knowledge or not keen in stock investment. The main reason for this is due to the low risk and consistency of "guarantee" return. Why government fund can give such a "high" dividend? The answer is, the fund manager is using the accumulated investor's fund to invest according the fund's investment strategy. Portion of the fund for sure will flow into stock market. Time for Q&A: If the fund manager able to get good return from stock market, why government fund investor still afraid of stock market and categorized it as high risk investment? Investor dislike stock market, but their money in government fund is working on it. Is that a contradiction? So, is stock market a high risk investment instrument? I leave it to you all think about it!

My Recent Story
During 2013, end of January, I have sold all my ASW2020! Actually, I would like to do it for quite a long time but just too lazy to do it. After cash out, I have dumped the fund into the stock market on a good long term prospect counter, BJFOOD(5196) immediately. In fact, I bought its warrant. Buy price is 53sen and today's closing price is 65sen. 22.6% return in less than 2 months! It is definitely much better to keep the fund in ASW2020! I will continue to park the fund here until the right time to dispose is come. Is that sustainable? Let's compare it again in future!
P/S: There is a way to invest in stock's warrant and you must the rules before invest on it. Don't simply take it as investment instrument! Be caution on this!
